I am a freelance consultant. The core of my services is project management, complemented with scrum master, product owner and team leader skills.

In addition I can help with software consulting, process development, turning business requirements in technical specification and managing software procurement.

You define the project target(s), I help you reach them. I work efficiently and preferably in an agile manner at your office together with the rest of the team.

My work aims in high quality results, keeping costs in control and delivering in time.

I have managed web projects for twenty years and seen many kinds of situations, customers, cultures and projects. I have a vast experience working with software developers, designers, testers, product managers and business owners.

I want to help avoid pitfalls and I’m there to solve problems. My mission is to make the project a success.

I use AI to do research, speed up documentation, prototype and automate the repetitive, time-consuming parts of work to free time for human judgement. GenAI for example helped cut down documentation time significantly during Cadmatic’s project.

In some cases AI is included in the actual project, like when leading the delivery of an AI-powered platform built for SMEs for City of Tampere.
