By project management, I mean communication with relevant stakeholders, leading the team, sticking to budget, keeping to the schedule, monitoring progress, and overall management of the project at hand.

I have managed well over a hundred web and mobile projects of various sizes and types across different industries. I know the worst pitfalls and how to avoid them. I understand the core principles and smart practices for successful projects, and I want to help our customers succeed in digital environments. I collaborate as an integral member of the team, preferably in person at the customer office.
