Cadmatic is a 3D design software company with a number of ship and process plant design applications and other software supporting those. Cadmatic allows managing the whole project lifecycle better, faster and easier with unified engineering software solutions.
Sirdar was helping Cadmatic in a big digital transformation project for a major client in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The project scope was to integrate seven Cadmatic applications into one seamlessly working entity and migrate it from Azure environment to Google Cloud Platform inside the borders of the Kingdom.
In the beginning we turned the partly ambiguous RFP requirements to a high-level project scope through a series of in-person and remote workshops. Internally, at Cadmatic, Sirdar orchestrated project governance and organisational frameworks to support the project and end-customer requirements. Sirdar led crafting the complex project plan to succeed in delivering the required scope in the tight timeframe given. In addition, Sirdar was accountable for steering the work of subcontractors helping with cloud environment and document management application.
